Pinang A's Annual Concert Night was a blast! The children had been practicing one to two months beforehand
and had put a lot of effort into preparing and some, helping with running the event.
The theme for the night was 'Everyone is Important'. Since not everyone would want to perform or are still to shy to be on stage, it doesn't mean they had to be left out or sitting on the sidelines. We wanted the children to know that everyone can have a role to play.
So, other than performing, some kids helped with managing the stage and flow of events. Some were helping to greet and usher in the guest and parents. Some helped with lights.
We had dances, singing, comedy sketches, even a traditional malay dance by the juniors. We ended the night on a high note by getting some parents up the stage to dance and "Shake if off" with the kids!
